The Stony Island Arts Bank

6760 S. Stony Island Ave.
Beginning January 12, 2020: Sunday, 12:00–7:00PM

Fridays the first floor galleries and bar are open to the public. Saturdays and Sundays, the second floor of the Bank is also accessible. The Johnson Library is open on tours and for public programming, photo shoots in the Johnson library are not permitted during public hours.

Access to the permanent collections, including the Johnson Publishing Library, the Glass Lantern Slides, Frankie Knuckles, and Edward J. Williams Collections are limited to research purposes at this time. Please contact Rebuild directly to request an appointment.

Rebuild offers regularly scheduled programs of live music, DJs, film screenings, exhibitions and events including readings, talks and performances at the Stony Island Arts Bank, Dorchester Art + Housing Collaborative, and the Currency Exchange Café, located at 305-307 East Garfield Boulevard near the historic CTA Green Line Garfield Station. These events are free and open to the public.
