Open hours are for the first floor and collections on the 2nd which includes the Johnson Publishing Library, the Glass Lantern Slides and Edward J. Williams Collections. The Frankie Knuckles collections is available by appointment only. Please contact info@rebuild-foundation.org to make an appointment.
Free Orientation to the Collections is offered daily at 2 pm.
Free Public Tour every Saturday at 1 pm which includes a preview of all the collections.

Rebuild’s additional spaces in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood, including the Listening House, Archive House, Black Cinema House, and Dorchester Art + Housing Collaborative, are open to the public during our screenings, workshops, performances and other events, as well as by appointment. Directions

Parking is available in the lot directly west of the Arts Bank off of 68th Street. On-street parking is also available on Stony Island Ave and 68th St.

The closest public transportation options include: Metra: 59th St. and 71st street stations. CTA: Buses #28, J14, 67 and 6 depart from various points along Stony Island Ave.
