An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating until December 29, 2020
Meditation practice includes 30 minutes of silent meditation, a dharma talk, a mindfulness activity and a discussion. Instructions in insight meditation will be provided. The group will support all those in attendance to build and nurture their meditation practice.
Insight meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind.
Chairs and yoga mats are available. If you have a meditation cushion, or zafu, please bring it.
