Directed by Peabody- and Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Stanley Nelson, Boss: The Black Experience in Business shines a light on the story of resilience and resistance within the black American experience in the face of racial hostility and violence, economic exclusion, segregation and discrimination.

Discover the untold story of African American entrepreneurship, where skill, industriousness, ingenuity, and sheer courage in the face of overwhelming odds provide the backbone of this nation’s economic and social growth. This screening is seeking to provide the catalyst to great conversation on the plight of black entrepreneurship and sustainability. The challenges that are still experienced today, but the consistent growth of those seeking financial security via entrepreneurship.
